Driven By Passion
HUB was founded in Cyprus in 2017 by a group of like-minded, ‘coffee afficionados’ whose goal was to ensure that a decent cup of coffee, made from ethically sourced, high quality raw materials and expertly crafted by a masterful barista, was always within reach. Although there are plenty of coffee shops in Cyprus, the founders felt that there was a gap in the market when it came to ‘good quality coffee that spoke for itself’. From humble beginnings, the brand now operates 5 outlets in Limassol and 1 in Larnaca with many more openings planned nationwide in the near future!

For us this is not only a matter of experience, training and skills but of attitude as well. We hire individuals with a passion for their craft, dedication to serving others and love and respect for all people.
USING ONLY OUR OWN PROPRIETARY AND EXCLUSIVE BLENDS OF COFFEE BEANS
Our blends have been developed by us from scratch, with recipes specially formulated to cater to local flavour and aroma preferences and that reflect the way we drink coffee in Cyprus.
ROASTING ALL OF OUR BEANS LOCALLY IN CYPRUS
Ensuring that our coffee is delivered to your cup within 30 days of roasting, guarantees coffee that is always fresh and at its best.
INSISTING ON HIGHEST QUALITY RAW MATERIALS
Both our House and our certified Organic Blends are made of only 100% Arabica beans, which are recognised the world over as being more expensive, more aromatic and more acidic as well as sweeter, softer and smoother than alternatives. Furthermore, all of our blends are classified as ‘Specialty Coffees’. The term ‘Specialty Coffee’ is used to refer to coffee that is graded 80 points or above on a 100 point scale, by a certified coffee taster (SCAA) or by a licensed Q Grader (CQI). Specialty Coffees are coffees at their peak and are different to others because they have been grown at the perfect altitude, at the correct time of year, in the best soil, and then picked at just the right time. All this translates into some of the most exciting and tasty coffee in the world. Specialty Coffee is usually roasted in small batches, using traditional methods and technology, and is often sold where it has been roasted. It is all about ‘craft’.
As can be seen our coffee is a ‘labour of love’, which you can enjoy with good company on the premises in one of our lounges or pick-up from one of our express outlets on the way to work to tackle those early morning yawning fits! You can even get your coffee delivered right to your doorstep or desk, through one of our delivery partners or from our newly launched on-line store here at www.hubcafe.eu!
